Our newest, most unique micro-lot is 'sparkling' in more ways than one!
This lot, hand-picked and crafted by our friend Juli Burden from Oahu's Maunawili region, features three different bourbon varietals - red, yellow, and pink - that was submerged in water with a yeast inoculation for 48 hours, then natural dried. The lot was then cured for 1 month before being hulled to green beans.
The result: an unforgettable coffee experience that earned a stellar 94-point rating from Coffee Review!
"Complex, multi-layered, gently fruit-forward. Grape taffy, dark chocolate, dark chocolate, almond brittle, orange creamsicle in aroma and cup. Sweet-toned structure with gently bright acidity; silky, viscous mouthfeel. Resonantly chocolaty finish with undertones of almond and orange."
