At Rusty’s Hawaiian Coffee, we focus on getting you the freshest possible roast before shipment.   Our main roasting days are Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday, and we also roast small batches between those scheduled dates to ensure the fastest and freshest shipment of your coffee beans that is possible.   

There may be certain situations where our roast dates will be delayed due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, business travel, etc.) In case of such an impediment, roast dates would be moved for ALL products until such time that roasting and shipping can be done in a timely and efficient manner.

Rusty’s Hawaiian Coffee ships orders Monday-Saturday with the exception of Shipping Holidays. Rusty’s Hawaiian Coffee uses the U.S. Postal Service for all domestic orders-most packages will be send using U.S. Priority Mail.

We cannot guarantee the arrival time of any package. U.S. Priority Mail normally reaches all domestic U.S. destinations within 3-5 delivery days (Sunday and Federal Holidays excluded). Rusty’s Hawaiian Coffee does not purchase insurance on shipments. We can, however, provide assistance in tracking your package and ensure that all claims are processed efficiently.

For international shipping, additional shipping charges will apply. We use USPS Priority Mail International, and in special cases will use FedEx or UPS for international shipments.
