Our goal was to create a versatile, lower-priced, 100% Hawaiian coffee that captures the popular characteristics of the islands’ beans. Made with beans grown on multiple islands, it works well as a drip coffee served hot, as espresso and cappuccino, and as a cold brew.

This product is based on our experience creating 100% Hawaiian coffee for barista competitions, including the espresso blend that Pete Licata used to win the 2011 United States Barista Championship. In 2017, this coffee also won the Bronze medal in the “North American (Milk Based)” category at the Golden Bean North America Coffee Roasters Competition.

Tasting notes: Citrus, nutty, chocolatey, mild.
